Konstantin Rodriguez grew up in Miami, Florida, the son of a logistics manager whose work introduced him early to the operational complexity of the moving and relocation industry. He studied Marketing and Data Analytics at Florida International University, graduating in 2007.

His first digital marketing role was at a Miami logistics company, where he was responsible for building the firm's first online lead generation program from scratch.

By 2009, Konstantin had moved to a regional SEO agency in Atlanta, where he began managing search campaigns for moving companies and relocation services across the Southeast. He quickly realized most SEO practitioners were applying generic local strategies to an industry with specific seasonality, licensing requirements, and search behavior.

In 2013, Konstantin took a senior SEO strategist role at a national agency in Dallas that managed campaigns for moving companies across more than 30 states. Over four years there, he developed a seasonal demand modeling approach that aligned content production and link acquisition schedules with moving industry peak cycles.

One regional moving company he worked with in Texas went from zero local pack visibility to top-3 placement in 14 major metros within 8 months, resulting in a 220% year-over-year increase in inbound organic leads during peak season.
